The following is the Agreement between Privaim™ and everyone who utilizes the Privaim.com website. By participating in Privaim services you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and your consent to be bound by it. Our terms for participation in our services is as follows:
Privaim operates as a privacy certification authority for ecommerce websites. Privaim helps prevent online consumer data mishandling by requiring network partners to uphold the strictest privacy policy standards. Privaim partners are awarded the privacy seal to increase consumer trust and loyalty.
Privaim membership is open to ecommerce businesses worldwide who agree to abide by stringent privacy standards.
Your first annual membership fee is due in advance. The current cost of membership is $39.95 per year. Payments are processed by PayPal.com. You agree to abide by PayPal's own User Agreement.
Members are required to maintain accurate business data at all times including full legal business name, authorized contact person, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address. Your data may be subject to verification by Privaim staff at any time.
WHILE PRIVAIM WORKS DILIGENTLY TO ENFORCE STRICT PRIVACY STANDARDS, PRIVAIM CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACTIONS OF ANY NETWORK PARTNER. Should you have a formal complaint regarding a Privaim account holder (i.e. spam, data compromise, etc.) please visit the Support Center.
Each user agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless for any losses resulting from any use or attempted use of our services in violation of this Agreement. Our services are only available for lawful purposes. Applicable state or federal laws and regulations may limit our services.
You agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on a strictly "as is" basis. We do not provide any warranties.
We may suspend or terminate your use of our services at any time, without notice for any reason, in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time.
